Support for the SAP implementation at the AJAX/Canada and the Mt. Clements/US plants

• Analyzed and defined the bill of material and routing
• Created ABAP interface program for BOM and routing
• Responsibilities were in the module RM and included all necessary consulting services for the successful implementation
• Performed all necessary user coaching
• Modified the transaction TD30 and the ABAP for generation of the 'BatchCard', a customized shop floor paper with manufacturing and filling instructions for producing paint. For this purpose it was necessary to implement the language PostScript. Now it's possible to generate from within a ABAP program a listing with PostScript commands, which is send to a continues feet laser printer, to print the 'BatchCard'.
